General Manager - Dave Joyce

Dave has a vast amount of experience in the late night entertainment industry, joining the team in June 2009. Dave spent many years on the DJ circuit and later branched out into management, specialising in customer service and event management. For his sins Dave is a Pompey supporter.

Operations Manager - Antony Turner

Antony has worked for Luminar for 6 years, starting with the Event 2. After moving over the road to Tru during the multi-million pound refurb into Oceana. He has recently moved back to where it all began and is the newest and probably brightest member of the team! He enjoys spending time with his family and playing Football (attempting to play).

Davey Perry - Senior Crew Leader

Davey has been a Manager at Oceana for over 6 months now and is no longer the new boy in the team. He is quickly establishing himself and working closely with the Marketing team in keeping us at the top of nightclubbing in Brighton. Davey is the musical member of team and often serenades us with his angelic voice, often compared to Aled Jones!

Marketing Manager - Richard Hughes

Richard joined the team at Oceana in Brighton in June 2009 and is now our resident DJ on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Richard also specialises in entertainment. What can we say about Richard, he supports QPR! Enough said.

Senior Crew Leader - Dave Brightman

Dave is the new boy of the team, but his passion to learn and evolve is second to none. He has been in the nightlife industry since an early age and hopes to remain for as long as the likes of Peter Stringfellow! He enjoys paragliding, abseiling and has a striking resemblance to Al Murrey Pub landlord!
