General Manager - Richard Jackson

Richard has been in this industry for many years, first becoming a General Manager at the opening of Liquid & Life Cardiff. He has since gone on to manage Creation Cardiff, Oceana Bristol and finally Oceana Cardiff where he has guided us through to breaking many records and becoming the most successful club in Cardiff.

Deputy Manager - Richard Capper

Rich joined the team from Liquid Newbury as an Assistant Manager. He then went on to progress up the team and within 3 years has had 2 promotions and has thoroughly deserved all of them.

Retail Manager - Sue Meyer

Sue joined us from life & liquid Cardiff in august 2009 and has been in the industry for 9 years. She has vast experience in both front & back of house and currently looks after the retail side of the operation.

Senior Crew Leader - Leigh Thomas

Leigh began his career in luminar on the 1st october 2007. He has gradually worked his way up the ranks from crew to SCL achieving experience in both back and front of house roles. Leigh created the current operation for Jongleurs and has become the show manager in doing so.

Team Coach - Lewis Davies

Lewis is one of the newest members of the Oceana Cardiff management team. Like so many other members of management, Lewis has worked his way up from the bar. Starting on July 24th 2009, Lewis was made supervisor in New York Disco just after Freshers week in September 2009 after showing lots of enthusiasm and passion for the role. Moving from Disco to IceHouse, Lewis became our longest serving supervisor before getting promoted in August 2011 to Team Coach. He is a smart and fun-loving employee who always has a smile on his face. Many have said he is the younger, better version of his brother Jack Davies (Oceana Bristol).
