Wiki cheat sheet enable OO users to lookup wiki field formatting

Wiki code quick reference sheet

Copy and paste this cheat sheet into an article body in the CMS. Save and preview it and you will have a quick reference sheet for all your CMS users.

Please note: You will need to update the image and internal / external links to refer to actual links in your library.

Images and links

When creating a link remember that the LINK attribute always comes first. This goes for text and image links.

Here is a text link which includes attributes such as CAPTION and WINDOW.

Links can also be applied to images.

Images can also align to the right of the content area.

When your text goes after an image in the edit window it will float alongside the image.

Other formatting

To use a line break the following needs be used;

this is how to add an underline

bold text and italic text bold

This is ^{super script} as 11^th July

And this is _{sub script} as in H₂O

The following is a bulleted list;

Troubleshooting

What to try when it’s not working! Before calling your project manager try these suggestions to identify the cause of the issue.

• Log out and log back in again, can you replicate the problem?
• Empty your browser cache
• Try the same task on another computer
• Ask another user with the same access as you to try the task under their login
