General Manager - Mark Molton
With industry recognition as both a DJ and Manager, Mark has a career that has taken him to 22 towns and cities in the UK before settling at Oceana MK in 2005. His experience, in depth knowledge and passion for both the Oceana brand and Milton Keynes, secures his position as right person, right place, right time.
Richard Browning - Operations Manager – Retail
Starting out as a member of bar staff in his local pub at the age of 18, before moving to try his hand at DJing and then management a year later, Richard has honed his management skills in 7 towns and cities ranging from city centre bars to local pubs, restaurants and hotels before he joined the Oceana dream team in 2010. Happiest when Oceana is at its 2200 capacity, he’s responsible for the Retail Department including 8 bars and a food operation with 40+ staff. Did you know his team serve over 19,000 drinks every week, be nice to this man, he’s the person who makes sure we don’t run out of your favourite drink! Senior Crew Leader – Sarah Auckland
Sarah started at Oceana in 2009 as a member of bar staff and has since worked her way through the Crew Development programme to become Senior Crew Leader.
Sarah's passion to put customers at the heart of everything we do, has recently seen her promoted and she is now responsible for everything in our new WooWoo bar! From recruitment, training and organising staff, to making sure your cocktails are served to perfection - Sarah can often be seen running around with a Pen in her hair. Go girl!
Stuart Deeble - Senior Crew Leader / Jongleurs Show Manager
Stuart arrived at Oceana MK in August 2008, having returned to the UK from living in the USA. After cutting some major shapes in NY Disco for the first few weeks of his career at Oceana, he left to attend Manchester Metropolitan University, though the call of home was loud with Stuart returning the following January! Since then he has shown some great ‘tekkers’ and grown through the ranks to become Senior Crew Leader and Show Manager, for Jongleurs MK. Having spent most of this summer travelling around the country to other Jongleurs venues, apart from when he did the Milton Keynes ½ marathon in 1hr 32mins, Stuart is looking forward to September and the launch of Jongleurs MK, every Friday & Saturday night at Oceana. If you want a guaranteed laugh, Stuarts your man!
Unit Administrator - Catherine Kiernan
Catherine was new to the retail industry when she joined the team at Oceana MK in 2008 as a member of bar staff; moving to Bar Supervisor and then becoming Unit Administrator, where she is responsible for party bookings and day to day running of the club. Cool, calm and collected, even under pressure, Catherine still chooses to work every Saturday night, where it’s not uncommon to find her back behind the bar where she first started, carrying out a Senior Crew Leader’s role, motivating staff and putting our customers first. Catherine – We salute you!
