GENERAL MANAGER - STEVE SAUNDERS

Started in the industry in Feb95, has run clubs all over the UK.  Steve was hand picked to open and run Oceana due to his vast local knowledge of the city, extensive event management experience and high customer service standards.  Steve is also the chairman of Swansea's Pub and Clubwatch forum and a non-executive director of Swansea Bid.

DEPUTY MANAGER - GAVIN PERRETT

Starting in the industry at a very young age in South Africa, Gavin has a wealth of operational experience, working across many different brands and concepts.  His attention to detail and high operational standards are a credit to Oceana.

RETAIL MANAGER - DANNY MERCHANT

Danny is the 'Bill Gates' of Oceana, there is nothing he can't do with a computer (or till).  Combining this knowledge with his operational experience working behind and running very busy bars, he was the ideal candidate to oversee and run Oceana's multi million pound retail operation.
